“Good careers education can make the world of difference to a young person. Done well, it is seamlessly integrated into their school day. All young people deserve this chance. By becoming an Enterprise Adviser I can support a school to achieve this by being a critical friend.”

“My career has been very varied! It has included outdoor education, teaching and community engagement to name just a few.”
What careers advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?
“It’s ok to explore a few different options, just try to find something you enjoy. You’ll find the right fit in good time.”
What do you like/love best about living and working in Cumbria?
“I live right by the beach. I love seeing the sea everyday.”
