“My roles have always involved working with people and getting the best out of them. These have included HR, Store, and Area HR Manager at Safeways; plus Talent Management and Capability Change Lead at Sellafield Ltd.”
What careers advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?
“Don’t stress about your choices. Do something you enjoy now, not what you think you want to do as a career. Very few of us end up doing what we thought we would at 16.”
What do you like/love best about living and working in Cumbria?
“The views and the people.”
