Hannah Pears

Hannah Pears is the Skills Lead and lead for Digital Cumbria at Industrial Solutions Hub, as well as a Director of LEVELS, the digital and gaming hub in Whitehaven.
With 12 years’ experience across the public sector, higher education and further education before moving into the private sector, Hannah brings expertise in skills development, partnership working, and creating opportunities that connect education and industry.
Passionate about workforce development and creating opportunities for all, she works to support Cumbria’s skills ecosystem and help shape future opportunities.
Ian Irving

Ian Irving is Managing Director of Levels, as well as micro business Carlisle Computer Systems, Carlisle Property Management & VR Gateway.
Alongside running a portfolio of technology businesses for 20+ years, he has built a multi-agent AI system that supports his companies from a single self-hosted machine, and has released it open-source to help others adopt agentic AI.
