Cumbria Careers Carousel

Speakers for Schools and Cumbria Careers Hub are delighted to offer year 9 & 10 students in Cumbria a chance to interact with local employers.
The Careers Carousel will focus on three key Cumbrian industry sectors:
– Tourism and Hospitality
– Transport and Logistics
– Health and Social Care
There will be a chance for students to find out more about employment opportunities on their doorstep, as well as present their ideas in a “Dragons Den” to an employer panel.
The Careers Carousel Discovery Workshops will be taking place on the following dates:
Thursday 16th June, 9.30 – 11.30: Transport and Logistics
Tuesday 21st June, 9.30 – 11.30: Tourism and Hospitality NOTE Date change from 7th June
Wednesday 22nd June, 9.30 – 11.30: Health and Social Care
The “Dragons Den” Insight Opportunities, have been changed slightly. If you have been involved in any of the above you will be contacted about next steps.
